Return & Refund Policy

 

At Home Furniture Interiors, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with easy returns and refunds under the following conditions:

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be:

    • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

    • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

  • Certain items such as clearance or final-sale products may not be eligible for return (these will be clearly marked on the product page).

2. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at info@homefurnitureinteriors.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and send it back through the courier specified.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you change your mind and wish to return an item that is not faulty or incorrect, you will be responsible for the return delivery costs as follows:

    • All items (excluding sofas): £75 return delivery charge.

    • Sofas: £100 return delivery charge.

These costs will be deducted from your refund once the item has been received back in good condition.

  • If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a free collection and a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

5. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different product, please return your item and place a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance items, and customized furniture pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.
