  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons, sales, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time is usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location.

  • For remote areas, delivery may take longer.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and delivery location.

  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions (terms will be mentioned on banners or product pages).

4. Delivery Process

  • All deliveries are made by trusted courier and logistics partners.

  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at your address.

  • In case of a missed delivery attempt, the courier will usually try again or leave instructions for rescheduling.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

  • If your package is lost during transit, we will work with our courier partner to resolve the issue.

6. International Shipping

  • We currently deliver only within the United Kingdom. However, we’re working towards expanding our delivery options to international destinations in the near future.
  • If you wish to place an international order, we can ship to a UK-based address or your chosen courier within the UK. Your selected courier will then be responsible for arranging onward international shipping and delivery times.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Real-time updates via the courier’s tracking system.
