Our Shoreditch Rush Seat Bar Chair combines a quality weave with solid wood. So it gives you all the design beauty of the wooden seat version, but with extra cushioning thanks to the woven seat.

Extra comfort. So its made from the same Sungkai hardwood, with the same raised front corner posts, the V-shaped back splat, and wrap around half-moon top bar to give you lumbar support. Plus, the curved top bar means you can rest your elbows to relax your shoulders by resting your elbows. It also has the same foot rest with the spindle cross-brace. But its the woven seat that has more cushioning and a gentler give to make this version altogether more comfy something you will appreciate if you sit in it for a long time.

As with all wood it still lives on and we suggest not placing it in direct sunlight or next to heat sources such as radiators. In dry centrally heated houses it will expand and contract and may cause splits and warping to the timber especially on the tops of tables.
